Tom Marks

Tom began his career at Leverage in 1999, after brief stints with Platinum Marketing and ESPN. He has served in management positions until his promotion to CEO / General Manager in 2006.

He oversees overall financial and corporate administration of the company as well as supervision of the agency's operating departments, including responsibility for all accounts and services.

Tom graduated Middlebury College with Honors in English/Creative Writing.  He has developed hundreds of national and regional consumer promotions, working with brands like Sonic Drive-In Restaurants, Hostess Snacks, Bubble Wrap® Cushioning and Luzianne Iced Tea.  He has spoken at numerous trade organizations on topics as specific as emerging marketing trends in community banking to broader subjects such as social media.

Born in Queens and raised in Connecticut, Tom lives in nearby Southbury, CT with his college-sweetheart-turned-wife Abi and their sons Henry and Leo. He likes sports.
