Member Firms Provided MarCom Planning for Seven of Connecticut Technology Council’s Top 50 Companies

Goodwick & Liazon Maintain Record, Two Years Running, of Teaming with Connecticut’s Fastest Growing High-Tech Firms


NEWTOWN, Conn. –
Perhaps no other agency in the region has provided marketing communications services to as many companies on the Connecticut Technology Council’s "Fast 50" list as Newtown’s own Goodwick Associates and Liazon Marketing, both charter members of the recently established Leverage Marketing Services.

The Connecticut Technology Fast 50 program, cosponsored by Deloitte & Touche LLP, the Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc., Pullman & Comley LLC, Royal & SunAlliance Insurance, Deutsche Banc, Alex Brown and People’s Bank, measures five-year revenue growth of Connecticut-headquartered firms.

Among recent Fast 50 clients to which Goodwick Associates and/or Liazon have supplied or is currently offering strategic support is this year’s Number Four winner, Triple Point Technology of Westport, who experienced 3,750% growth, and FlexiInternational Software, Inc., of SheltonNumber Six this year with 3,439% growth. Last year, FlexiInternational was rated the "fastest of the fast," with revenue growth of 13,851% over the five years ended 1997, and Triple Point was Number Three in 1998, as well as ranked #52 on the 1998 "Inc. 500" list of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

Liazon, meanwhile has been an ongoing marketing partner to Bio-Plexus of Vernon, which was ranked Number Seven this year with 3,386% growth. "We were with Bio-Plexus since the beginning," states Liazon’s helmsman Michael Casale, "and now that we’re united with the Goodwick team under Leverage Marketing Group umbrella, we are positioned to accelerate their growth even more."
