Fifth Year in a Row, Newtown Agency Brings Home Prestigious 'American Graphic Design Awards'

Recognized for Outstanding Newsletter, Direct Mail and Corporate Identity

(NEWTOWN, Conn., Aug. 21, 2002) - The Goodwick/Liazon Leverage Marketing Group, a Newtown-based marketing communications firm integrating business-to-business and consumer disciplines, has recently been awarded three 2002 American Graphic Design Awards. The winning categories include Newsletters, Direct Mail and Corporate Identity. This is now the fifth year in a row the agency has been nationally recognized for its continued "Excellence in Communication and Graphic Design."

The award-winning designs include TUV Rheinland World News, an international newsletter of the Germany-based safety certifier and quality registrar TUV Rheinland of North America, Inc.; a postcard campaign for Fairfield County CPA firm Reynolds & Rowella, LLC; and logo, folder and stationery development for FM International, a California-based software integrator and developer for the facilities and fleet management sector.

The awards competition, sponsored by the internationally known commercial arts publication, Graphic Design: usa, is one of the most prestigious in the industry. The agency was one of 10,000 entrants and among fewer than 800 winning Ad and MarCom design groups, according to awards director, Laura K. Roth.

Leverage Marketing Group currently services over a dozen accounts, including Cendant Mobility, Coca-Cola, The Finn Commerce and Technology Center, Sealed Air Corporation, Shaws and Unilock.
