Leverage Marketing Group Instrumental in "Dot-Com" Debut
of E-tailer Carepackages.com
Newtown Agency Delivers Dot-Competency

Leverage Marketing Group the newly formed company that merged
Goodwick Associates and Liazon Marketing is making a millennial
move to focus its creative energies and digital marketing initiatives
on the MarCom needs of emerging dot-com companies.
"Weve completed our transition from traditional communications
into digital marketing," said David Goodwick, CEO and Creative
Director of the Newtown, Connecticut agency.
The Dot-com debut integrated by Leverage involved
positioning development, branding, promotion and MarCom support for the
national launch of CarePackages.com, Fairfield, Connecticut.
CarePackages.com offers nearly one hundred affordable, ready-to-ship care
packages. Care-Packages are targeted to holidays such as Halloween (ScarePackage),
Christmas and Mothers Day, as well as annual and special events,
sentiments and occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, new mothers
and graduations.
CarePackages.com was recognized by Computer Journal magazine as one
of the "50 Best Web Sites of 1999."
The Leverage companies are collectively known for their
ability to create effective marketing programs for national firms
such as Alamo, BIC, Coca-Cola, Sealed Air Corporation, Sprint, Hewlett
Packard, IBM, General Electric, Union Carbide and Oracle.
The organization was recently awarded a Gold Dialog Award for Sprint
FonPromotions, it won three 1999 American Graphics Design Awards
for its efforts on behalf of Connecticut high-technology firms. It was
also recognized by the PMAA with a Bronze REGGIE Award as one of

Goodwick Associates recently joined forces with Liazon Marketing,
a five-year-old response-marketing firm headed by Michael Casale,
