Winners of a WCSU-sponsored competition in Dr. John Cronin’s Advertising Management class were announced Dec. 13 following a semester-long assignment to develop a winning campaign for a new line of international cuisine, Thai Table. The ready-to-eat, heat and serve entrees are produced by Tasty Bite, a subsidiary of Preferred Brands International (PBI), of Old Greenwich.

The project was developed by PBI’s marketing agency of record, Leverage Marketing Group, of Newtown. The agency has an ongoing relationship with WCSU's Ancell School of Business, according to Leverage President Mike Casale, who was recently appointed to the Marketing department’s advisory board.
