What are the primary business objectives being pursued by your agency?

Our primary business objective has been, and continues to be, to develop a full view™ solutions-oriented, production-smart, client-focused marketing communications company offering a variety of effective, yet affordable, marketing services.

What business strategies has your agency adopted for achieving these objectives?

We cultivate our people, provide them the tools to do their jobs well, and harness their creativity, professionalism and attention-to-detail. We ask our clients to provide the challenges that keep us growing. Our own marketing programs also include on-going Internet initiatives, media relations, merchandising, mailing programs, advertising and collateral support.

What do you consider to be your greatest strength?

We believe our greatest strength is our full view™ approach – business to business through consumer. It provides the ability to develop and implement a project or program from a number of creative and tactical angles, and lets us work together with our clients to determine which solution(s) will be most productive, flexible and cost-effective.

What is your main competitive advantage over other agencies?

With the ability to plan and prepare projects completely in-house, we have been able to achieve a vertical integration, providing both the agency and our clients with a competitive advantage. Fully coordinated and monitored by one team, this translates into intelligent planning integration, complete with budget and quality controls, contributing to rapid and judicious project turnaround.

What is the method you use for developing effective marketing communications?

When we initiate a project, we ask the right questions, often in conjunction with our "Enterprise Potential Analysis™" planning methodology. In addition, we strongly advocate reviewing the advertising concepts – both in terms of copy and layout – with a select, representative focus group of customers, or potential customers. This is done, as the elements are being developed to determine customer feedback before the effort rolls out to market.

What are your "digital" production capabilities?

We maintain industry-standard Macintosh computers and support them with scanning capabilities, color and black & white digital laser printers, and the latest graphics and communications programs. In addition, we retain a technical consultant and troubleshooter to assure maximum system up time. We are expert in the use of Quark XPress®, Adobe Illustrator®, Adobe Photoshop®, Adobe Acrobat®, Macromedia Dreamweaver™, Macromedia Fireworks®, Microsoft Excel®, Microsoft Word®, Microsoft Works® database management and related compatible software.

Describe your agency’s media capabilities.

We understand the art of media buying, evaluation and negotiation. We plan schedules, place advertising and prepare ad scripts and materials for many of our clients – from black and white fractional page ads to full-color bleed advertising – in FSIs, magazines and newspapers, and broadcast media, too. We also have adept public relations specialists available to help situate those hard-to-place stories.

What is your capability to handle overtime, weekend requirements, "rush" projects, etc.?

First, we try to work with our clients well in advance of deadlines, so this type of activity (and the costs that go with them) is kept to a minimum. However, we understand late changes occur and emergencies sometimes happen, and when they do, we’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done.
