Prior to founding Goodwick Associates in
1981, a leading advertising agency specializing in Business-to-Business
marketing communications, David worked at General Electric as an account
manager for the Advertising and Sales Promotion Operation (A&SPO).
There he was responsible for program development and implementation,
budget planning and control for GEs Automation Systems (Robotics),
Optoelectronics, the Distribution Equipment Division, Wire and Cable
Business Department, Instrument Products Operation, and GE Supply. Before
his work at GE, David was the advertising manager for Johnson Outboards,
where he directed award-winning sales promotion and advertising programs
for 2,800 independent marine dealers and distributors worldwide.
At Brunswick Corporation, his group was responsible for new product
entries including the Mariner Outboard line a joint venture
between Brunswick and Yamaha. Requiring unique product and sales support
programming and distribution development, his efforts supported the
launch of an on-going, profit-making business for Mercury Marine.
Davids advertising agency affiliations include J. Walter Thompson
(Chicago) and Gunness & Gunness Advertising, among others.

Before co-founding Liazon Marketing in 1994,
an award-winning Sales Promotion agency, Mike was a Partner at AMA,
Ltd., ranked among the nations five fastest growing sales promotion
agencies. With diverse, hands-on and managerial level experience in
all realms of advertising and marketing communications, Mikes
career got off to an early start when, at just 23, he was named the
youngest account executive in McCann-Erickson Worldwide, to work with
the Coca-Cola Co. In three short years, he was selected for McCanns
Executive Development Program in New York, and rose to Senior AE on
accounts such as Sony and NBC.
Investigating the "client side," Mike then joined General
Foods (Kraft), where he supervised promotion in the Maxwell House division.
Later, Mike joined AMA, Ltd., where within five years he moved from
Director of Client Services to Partner for his work on over 30 National
and Regional Accounts, and more than 100 brands.
As a nationally recognized response-marketing organization, Liazon Marketing
and Mike has been a recipient of several national awards, including
the Addy, the Crain and the REGGIE.
Account
Management Team
A 25-year veteran of the national marketing communications community,
and a 15-year veteran of Goodwick Associates Harriets contributions
are evident in agency direction, client development, account management
and creative services. Armed with a degree in marketing and more than two
decades of advertising experience in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut,
Harriet is a guiding force for the agency. Prior to joining Leverage
Marketing Group, Harriet worked for Brooke Communications, where she
assisted major market accounts by developing and implementing advertising
and marketing strategies for corporate clientele.

Linda brings to clients a wide range of IT marketing management experience,
including the development and execution of product launch and channel
programs, public relations, advertising, and events. Previous positions
include vice president of marketing for: Meta Group, a technology research
firm; KnowledgeWare, a developer of application development tools; Datalogix
(acquired by Oracle), a provider of supply chain management software; and
Prentice Hall Software, a developer of tax and accounting software.
Linda combines a talent for articulating the business value of technology
with years of hands-on marketing experience. Her work spans the development
of business plans for start ups such as Axiom8 to ongoing marketing and
public relations activities for SkillSoft to positioning companies such as
IQ2 for acquisition.

Tom is a graduate of Middlebury Colleges English program, where he focused
on writing--a talent he further refined as a newspaper reporter with The New
Milford Times and other local papers.
Toms writing and listening skills, combined with his "can-do" attitude,
make him yet another valuable member of the Leverage team. Toms
contributions include writing, editing and proofing, as well as project and
traffic management and general client support.
Creative
Services

Rich co-founded Liazon Marketing in 1994.
Prior to his tenure with Liazon Marketing, Rich was an accomplished
fine artist and multi-faceted commercial artist with a background in
print production to boot. Rich brings his years of professional, multi-disciplinary
experience to bear in fresh, exciting ways. As creative director for
Alden Design, KGP (co-founder) and Liazon Marketing, Rich has satisfied
the multimedia demands of over 30 Fortune 500 accounts.
With diverse backgrounds in journalism,
publicity and corporate communications, award-winning creative is just one
of Peters many talents. He brings to Leverage in-depth experience
in nearly every facet of healthcare, business-to-business, industrial
and retail marketing communications. As a liaison between the account staff
and artists, Peter provides broad creative direction, management and planning support.
Becky has been part of the Leverage team since 2000, where she has been applying
over eight years of Web site production experience in HTML and JavaScript, as well as
creating Web-optimized graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Becky is a
graduate of the Graphic and Interactive Communication program at Ringling School of Art
and Design in Sarasota, Florida, where she also minored in photography. When she's not
maintaining the Leverage Web site or involved with various client projects, Becky
continues to upgrade her knowledge and skills in the latest Web technologies, including
Macromedia Flash animation.
